Lost in the forest (part 2 of The tale of the giant)
I was running. I was to scared to look back. There were creatures everywhere. They were now closing in on me. my eye caught a shine in the midday sun as an arrow whistled past me. Then all of a sudden a big green troll appeared in front me, with a huge grin on his face. He walked towards me, grabbed me and held me in the air. In an instant the sky was filled with loudly buzzing mosquitoes. I saw one of their eyes getting bigger, coming in for a bite. Then i woke up, the sweat pouring down my face like a waterfall. I resisted going back to sleep. The next morning I asked my best friend , " Hey Sora, come here". "Okay!" Sora shuffled along to where I was standing. "Yes" he asked. "Sora, remember when we stopped the giant?" "Mmmmm oh yes, I remember now" "Do you want to do something better?" I suggested. "Okay!" " Remember to be at my house at 5pm okay" I excitedly said. " Yip, Okay" Sora agreed.
Sora arrived at my house at exactly 5pm. "Sora, come!" I said. We walked over to the haunted forest and we saw a sign that read " BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE......" eventually the words got to small for us to read. " Who Cares!" Sora exclaimed. "C'mon, lets go". The moment we stepped in to the forest, trees randomly appeared behind us. "Oh No!" I said paralyzed. "Oh my gosh, what is that smell? " Sora asked. "Did you fart?" "No did you?". "Of course not" The foul smell aslo had a hint of vomit in it."Aaaaaaaahoooooo!" came an ear breaking howl. I felt a sudden chill rise over me and taking me over. There was a flash of light, everything went dark. In the spooky darkness i had just made out the outline of a creature. "Oh Hell!!!!" Sora moaned, backing away. The creatures eyes looked at me like it was trying to stare a hole in my head. I took out my BB gun and fired. Eight times in the eyes. The creature fell to it's knees and disappeared in a flash of light. Another light blew up and now it was midday. A bird hovered above Sora and I. " Choose and live wisely". He said. A blue porthole opened up and a bird flew out and blew up too. Two swords fell down and we picked them yup. As we ran through the haunted forest i bumped into a tree, that was definitely not there two seconds ago. The tree turned around. "Oh hell, now it is a dead treee!". "What brings you here?" Asked the tree. Sora almost fainted. "Oh gosh!" he said. "I thought you were a monster!". I know said the tree, I scare most people. "So, mmmmm what brings you here?". asked the tree. "Oh us, Oh we just wanted an adventure". "But it has not turned out yet, you know". "I see". Said the tree. "What are your names?". "Oh". Said Sora. "Mine is Sora Blinn." "And mine is Cameron Wilsons" I added. "Oh I see, what happened?" Said the tree."First we were attacked by a troll, and secondly we got these."Sora and I showed the tree the swords. "I don't want them." The tree said. "Keep them"."Okay" we both added. "What do you wish" asked the tree." "we wish we were home". "Okay, your wish is granted". He opened a portal, so we stepped through it. We saw how house. "Yaaaaaaaaaaay!". We screamed. "We are back, we are safe!". "You have only been gone 5 seconds." said Mom. "No, we were were gone for hours!" we both said at once. We were thrilled to be back. Still to this day we will not go into spooky places like that again!
